Invoicing & Billing

On the day of your visit, you must make your copay and self-pay. According to Fostering Light Behavioral Health’s policy, people must maintain a current credit card on file in order for us to handle these charges when they come up.

When your insurance carrier processes a claim, deductible amounts are charged to your portal account. After receiving written or verbal notice, you have ten days to settle any outstanding copay, self-pay, or deductible obligations. A $25 late fee will be applied to any outstanding amounts, and an additional $25 will be levied every 30 days.

For particular billing issues or insurance-related enquiries, please contact our office at +1-225-366-8801.
